Observing the life in New York City

This day has been magnificent!
We decided to take a walk in the city to observe peoples behavior.
We noticed many tourists and that's obvious because New York has around 49 million tourists every year!
It was hard to walk along the streets because of all the people and it was a chaos with the cars. We didn't like it at all because we're used to calm and smooth traffic in Sweden. It was hot, many people and very much sweating, not comfortable at all!
Anyways, after this painful walk we visited a small café to take something cold and refeshing. Of course the café was crowded too and it took us half an hour to buy only a coke!
Enough whining, now it's time to talk about something more interesting. When we visited the café the accent was quite noticable and it was a lot different from the english accent that we are used to.
The New York area has a regional speech pattern called the New York dialect, alternatively known as Brooklynese and or New Yorkese. We also noticed that the food was very foreign inspired. For example we found very much food stands serving food like falafel and kebab. We also saw very much Italian restaurants.
Here is a picture over the very crowded roads of New York!
