Broadway, here we come!

Wow, those two days have rocked, and there’s more to come! The third day we were really excited because today we were going to go to the Broadway for the first time in our lives. Broadway is something everyone has heard of. We bought tickets to see The Phantom of the Opera and it was even better than we’ve expected it to be! I hope we will visit Broadway at least one more time in our lives.

The Phantom of the Opera in Broadway, NY, USA. A very pleasant show.

After the Broadway show and some ice-cream, we decided to do some shopping this hot day. We had looked up some malls before and we thought that Century 21 was something worth visiting. After some hours of great New York shopping, we had at least full bags each. They had clothes that we don’t have in Sweden,
and it wasn’t expensive at all! Everyone spent only around 100-200 dollars, and we got much for it!

The shopping made us a little tired, so we went to a library we wanted to visit: The Morgan Library and Museum. We knew that this library has a big selection of both American and European books, so we spent a lot of time there. One of the authors that interested us the most was Ernest Hemingway, an American author that was very famous in the beginning of the 20th century.
